Identity Lab is a Vienna-based design studio specialising in communication, web design, and atmospheric and experience-oriented interior design. With a holistic approach, the studio combines creative concepts with modern technology to give brands and companies a distinctive visual and emotional identity. Its focus is on telling stories that are precisely tailored to the respective brand and target audience.
Identity Lab was founded over ten years ago by Philip Reitsperger, whose vision is to understand design as a means of conveying not only form, but above all, content and meaning. For each project, the studio assembles a customised team of experts from various disciplines. This flexible working method enables the development of tailor-made solutions that meet the specific requirements of the client and deliver sustainable results.
In addition to traditional communication and web design projects, Identity Lab also designs atmospheric spaces that captivate visitors through targeted design experiences. From concept to design to production, the studio supports its clients through all phases of the creative process. We implemented the "Brain Health" project with an innovative design concept that enables effective communication on the topic of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The combination of appealing visual design and empathetic narrative creates an atmosphere that inspires courage and reduces fear.

Design
We develop concise design systems that combine aesthetics and strategy. From conception to implementation, we create a consistent visual identity that brings brands to life and builds emotional connection – clear, differentiated, and well-thought-out at every level.
In the area of web design & UX/UI, we create intuitive and high-performance user experiences. We combine design, technology, and user research to develop websites that are not only visually compelling but also strategically functional – for measurable results and sustainable digital brand perception.
Movement brings stories to life. With motion design and animation, we add dynamism, depth, and character to content. Whether for digital campaigns, social media, or brand films – we use animation specifically to convey complex messages emotionally and concisely and to visually reinforce the brand's presence.
We conceive and design brand spaces and experiential spaces that translate identity and emotion into physical environments. From exhibitions and trade fair booths to interactive installations, we develop multisensory brand experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and bring brand messages to life in a spatial sense.
Production
We develop creative content. From the initial idea to the final production, we create tailor-made photos, videos, and editorial formats that convey attitude and generate attention. Our goal: content that is aesthetically compelling, strategically effective, and communicates authentically.

Philip
Identity Lab was founded 13 years ago by Philip Reitsperger. Today, the studio collaborates with many people. Teams are assembled individually depending on the needs of each project.
